What Can Be Added to Water For Boiling Chicken Before BBQ?
Chicken bouillon, salt and sugar for brine, garlic, onions, carrots, celery. Any or all of these will work well. Also, (LOL) restaurants do NOT spray meat with sugar to make them crisp. There are many techniques and recipes for that. LOL.
