My dad was a cowboy, my mom was a school teacher when she was 16, they both lived in Nebraska, my dad was born in Canada, my mom in Loup City, Neb. When I was born we lived on a ranch where my mom cooked for the family, grandparents and ranch hands. This is where I got saving recipes and making the most of what was on hand! Both of my parents are now deceased, I have been going through all my mom's recipes trying to get them in order! I hope you enjoy them as much as I do!
