Cat Attacking Window Screens and Spraying?
The bottom line is your neutered cat is being intimidated by a tom cat. They spray because thats what the toms do, but neutered cats dont smell like the horrible toms. I dont believe the neutered cat should be punished. We need to get rid of the tom cats & unspayed...
