Keeping Cats Off My Fence?
Its not odd at all. Most of the cats around mine will sit on the fence and wind my dog up. I Evan caught one jump down when my dog wasnt paying attention.make sure he sees them by walking past him then jumping on the dog house whilst he goes nuts.
