Looking for Tulle to Make Nylon Net Scrubbers?
Dollar stores always carry tulle already cut in circles about the size of a pie plate. I think people use them to make wedding or baby shower favors. I dont know how many are in a 1$ pack but it looks to be quite a bit.

I dont have wood floors or a cat, but I do know that Mayonnaise will remove an old water stain left on a wood table. Id say its worth a try. It wont harm a wood table so I would guess it is good enough for a floor.
