Can anyone think of good gifts for my grease monkey brother? He has plenty of tools. What else could I get him?

Buy a new toolbox, (not large) and put city maps, coupons for discount lunches, a compass, an extra flashlight, and some disposable heavy duty hand wipes. If he has to go somewhere to work on a car, this will be a handy "Tool Kit" for him. - Spraggins
How about decorations for his garage walls or floors. There are some cute metal signs that look vintage or you could create one yourself. A wall clock or calendar might also be a good idea.
Items to help the mechanic keep or get clean are also a good direction. You could get some fun soaps, cleaning wipes or a box of rags.
Have fun with the present and maybe add some novelty items to make him smile. A couple of classic Hot Wheels cars or stuffed toy could be a fun display item for him.
