I would like to know if anyone has the recipe for the long green beans that they make in Chinese restaurants? They are crunchier. I hope someone can help me.

Yes. Steam the beans. You can get one of those little steamers that fit inside a pot. Steam them about five minutes then sprinkle a little soy sauce and some toasted sesame oil ober them. Then some salt.
Cut green beans about 2 inches in length
1/2 lb of boiled pork diced*
salt and pepper to taste
1 small acorn or butternut squash peeled and cut into 2 in cubes
Saute garlic, onion until onion turns translucent. Then add tomatoes until it gets soft (mushy). Then add your boiled diced pork until it turns little brown. Add salt and and pepper. Add water. Cover and let boil for 2 minutes on med heat. Then add your beans until tender..
* You can use ground beef, pork or shrimp. Cooking is the same process; except you have to brown the meat first then drain leave about 3 Tbsp grease to use instead of the oil.
