I've never seen an online site that does this. Many will accept checks or money orders but they will hold the merchandise until the check clears. Try catlog shopping, some still ship COD(Cash On Delivery).
fingerhut will do that if your credit passes you will have so much to buy and make a monthly payment they have rachael ray stuff among others
