Tofu Fruit Smoothie

Start your morning right with this healthy smoothie. It is quick and easy to make, so it is perfect for busy mornings.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 pkg. soft tofu, rinsed
  • 1/2 medium ripe banana
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 3/4 cup any fresh or frozen fruits or berries
  • 1 1/2 cups ice

Directions:

Blend together all ingredients except the ice until smooth. Add the ice and continue to blend until creamy. Serve immediately.
