Remedy for Overwatered Tomato Plants?

I planted my six Better Bush tomato plants in large tubs with a drain hole in the bottom. We watered them two or three days, then the weather turned cool and stormy. The plants have wilted terribly, and today we discovered that they evidently were not draining well enough. We drilled some more holes in the sides, and the water came pouring out.

But I'm worried we may lose them, or set them so far back, it will be like starting over. They were beautiful, big $6 bush plants with little tomatoes and lots of blooms on them. Rather big investment to lose, if you know what I mean.
