Can't ever find that emery board when you need one? Cut up different kinds of sandpaper and put small pieces in an envelope. Carry in your purse or stash wherever. This is very handy for that hangnail, or rough spot on your cuticle!

Great idea! By the same token, I use emery boards instead of expensive Swedish files, to keep the skin on my feet smooth.
Better to just buy some emery boards and put them in the envelope. Since sand paper is not meant to be used on the body, there might be substances on them that would be harmful.
