Lestoil found at Kroger grocery stores. ACO hardware store. Maybe your local hardware could order it for you.

Ceramic tile should hot be stained by oil if it is glazed. If it is not glazed, and the oil has soaked into the tile, I am not sure if you can get out the stain. What sort of oil is it? Motor oil? Cooking oil? I know that kitty litter is used to soak up oil stains on concrete floors in automotive shops.
