Sift together flour, baking powder, salt and soda. Set aside. Combine melted margarine and brown sugar. Beat until blended using mixer at medium speed. Add egg, hot water and vanilla. Mix well. Stir dry ingredients into this. Add nuts. Spread dough in 2 greased 9 inch glass pie plates. Sprinkle each with one-half of chocolate chips and one-half of marshmallows. Bake at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Cool in pans on racks. Cut each pie into 8 wedges. Serves 16.

This sounds yummy...I've been looking for another recipe (besides Rice Crispy Squares) where I can use vegan marshmallows! They're full size so I'll just cut them in half, or in quarters.
