Line a large cookie sheet with waxed paper. Mix all ingredients except chocolate in a large bowl. After mixture comes together, roll in 1 inch balls. use mellow ball scooper or tablespoon, so you can get them the same size. Put into the freezer for about 15 minutes. Melt the chocolate at about 30 second intervals, until completely melted. Working fast, dip the balls into chocolate. Put them back on cookie sheet. Let cool about 30 minutes. Keep in refrigerator until about 20 minutes before serving. Aww, so good!
