When under a lot of stress, I take to rearranging my furniture and decorative pieces. It is calming and a distraction from whatever is creating stress in my life at that particular moment. Once the task is completed, it gives me a new environment in which to think clearly and just relax and enjoy.

Rearranging the furniture would absolutely increase my stress levels! If I want to reduce stress, I get out of the house entirely!
I love to rearrange the furniture at least once a year. Makes the same old room fresh and new again.

My grandmother starting walking about 4 miles a day. We haven't seen her in 5 years :-)
