Marinade for Turkey Tenderloins

Ingredients

• 1 cup soy sauce
• 1 cup oil
• 1/4 cup pepper
• 1/4 cup dry onion
• 1/2 cup lemon juice
• 1/2 clove garlic (crushed)
• 1/2 tsp. ginger
• 1/2 cup brown sugar

Directions

Mix together; marinate overnight. Can reuse.
