Can you use the crayon stain recipe with Spray N Wash instead?

I'm not sure about the crayon stain remover, but if you are removing a crayon stain from a fiber-based item such as carpet, fabric, etc., here's a tip that I've used and it works:
Take a brown paper grocery sack, open it up so you have a big, flat surface. Heat your iron to low heat. Place the paper over the stain, and 'iron' the paper over the stain. The paper will soak up the greasy crayon stain. You'll have to move the paper several times to keep soaking up the stain. Do so until it no longer pulls up the greasy stain. 'Voila: no more big candle wax/crayon stain on the living room carpet!
