Pit Marks on Stainless Steel Stovetop?

Does anyone know how to get rid of pit marks on a stainless steel oven (stove) top?

They're probably permanent, the stainless steel has been bored into by something. Do not use bleach on these surfaces unless you immediately wipe it off completely & rinse. It can cause pitting of the stainless steel. You could try rubbing w/ a fine grade steel wool back/forth in one direction, then a coarser steel wool if fine doesn't work. This, of course, is only if the stainless steel isn't polished smooth & shiny.
