I just realized how handy this could be when I spring cleaned my pantry this weekend. I found duplicates of things (ie: 3 bags if icing sugar!) and several duplicate spices because I thought I had run out.
If you really need help there is a website called www.freelist.com and they have all kinds of grocery list and you can make copies and then hang them up and just use them.
I never shop without a list! My husband knows if it's not on the list, it doesn't get purchased!
