Time Management Tips for New Moms

A new mom needs to rest when nursing their baby and do the freshing up of baby before feeding and then, when baby sleeps, you do not have to worry about the diaper or wash up.

While the baby sleeping, make a snack for yourself, then, tidy up. Take a few things out that you will cook for dinner, put the laundry on. Then, sit and rest again, perhaps read a few things about being a new mom and plan a few things. Keep things simple when you are going to make a dinner put rice in a rice cooker, meat in a sauce and in oven, ready cut coleslaw, or tomatoes and cheese in oil and vinagar.

I timed some of the taskes that every mom has to do and a lot of them take 3 to 5 mins, such as picking up coats and shoes, wiping down the bathroom counter. If you remember a little regularly through a day, you will get it done. Babies sleep for 2 to 4 hours at a time and how you manage this time makes a great differance to how rested and happy you and baby will be.
