This an easy, quick recipe for your Christmas Season.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Beat peanut butter, margarine, sugars, egg, and vanilla in large bowl with electric mixer at medium speed until smooth. Beat in remaining ingredients at low speed just until blended. Divide dough in half.
Roll each dough half about 1/8 inch thick on well-floured board with well-floured rolling pin.
Cut dough into shapes with cookie cutters. Arrange on ungreased cookie sheets.
Bake 7 to 9 minutes or until lightly golden. Cool completely on wire racks. Re-roll dough trimmings to cut additional cookies. Decorate, if desired, with icing, decorative sprinkles and candies

I love peanut butter cookies! I don't bake cookies often and only have about a half dozen of my favorite cookie recipes but I am going to give this recipe a try and it sounds like it might be one to get added to my favorites. :-) Thanks for sharing!
