I get take out menus (when available) from restaurants and store them in a folder. When I run out of meal ideas, I occasionally look to these menus for inspiration. They are divided by type of cuisine.
Also handy because the phone numbers are right there and I can call for the restaurant's business hours (on weekends we sometimes eat out at odd times).

I do a similar thing with ready meals!
We go to the supermarket and see what "GORMET READY MEALS" are on sale.....
then I'll re-create the same meal, but freshly cooked - with no preservatives!
(my hubby is also spoiled! - but also nice!)
I have a bulletin board on my pantry door, I have a calendar, other notes, and take out menus posted for convenience. The menus ate clipped together on a book binder clip, each menu has a hole punched in the corner and they are organized by cuisine type. The clip is attached to the bulletin board with a large push pin.
