Downloading Free Historical Maps?

I am looking for an internet site that I can download free historical maps. I am not having any luck finding one. Can anyone help? Thanks.

Try either or both of these;
1)www.libs.uga.edu/
then in "Special Collections" click on
Hargrett Rare Book and Manuscript Library - there is a link there for Rare Map Collection.

2)www.usma.edu
then click on the Academics link and under the heading "History Buffs" there is a link for "Dept. of History Maps.
