I really loved the cinnamon biscuits that I use to find in my local grocery stores, but the company stopped making them. So I now make my own by taking a can of biscuits and rolling them in a mixture of cinnamon sugar before baking... They are out of this world and easy.

Just last night, I had some dough for crescent rolls left over at dinner. I gently rolled them out, buttered them and covered them with cinnamon and sugar. My friends were amazed!
P.S. I keep an "already used" cinnamon bottle and fill it with a sugar/cinnamon mixture. A quick breakfast when sprinkled on toast!
