Drain the fruits well and refrigerate overnight. In medium size bowl stir together salad dressing and mustard. Stir in chicken, celery, onion, mushrooms, pepper and olives. Cover and refrigerate several hours. Just before serving add the well drained fruit. Serve on lettuce-lined plates. Top with croutons, if desired. Serves 6.
