Wonton wrappers filled with banana cinnamon sugar mixture and fried in olive oil.
Cut banana's into small 1/2 inch pieces. Mix with sugar and cinnamon in a medium size bowl until all the banana pieces are covered.
Place 1-2 Tbsp. of banana mixture into the center of the wonton wrapper. Wet edges and roll like you would an egg roll, sealing the edges.
Heat oil 375 degrees F. and fry until golden brown. Drain on paper towel, cool, sprinkle with powder sugar to garnish.
