Ingredients:
- 1 cup diced celery
- 1 cup diced unpeeled apple
- 1/3 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/3 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup of low or nonfat yogurt (use plain, vanilla or orange)
Directions:
Combine celery, apple, walnuts and raisins. Then mix in the yogurt. Makes a low calorie salad.
