That one sounds good but when you don't have time this is a quick and easy one to try. Go to your local grocery store and buy some thin Chicken Cutlets, Italian Bread Crumbs and a dozen of eggs. Scramble up enough eggs for your chicken in a bowl and empty a good amount of bread crumbs in a flat plate.
Wash your chicken under cold water and then take each piece and dip it in the egg on both sides drain the excess egg back in the egg bowl and then dip chicken in the bread crumbs on both sides as well and place it in a fry pan and wait till you see chicken turn a golden brown and place them on a plate and serve with whatever you would like to serve with it.. I usually serve chicken cutlets with Italian salad dressing for dipping, and mac and cheese with string beans. Enjoy!
