Melt chocolate chips with the peanut butter in a medium sauce pan until smooth and creamy on low heat stirring constantly. Add cocoa crispies cereal and stir until well coated. Press into a 9 inch square buttered pan.
Let stand until cool and firm at room temperature.
Cut into bars. You may have to refrigerate these in warm weather.
