Easing Aching Legs With Rubber Bands

Try this if you want, it works for me. For aching legs, put rubber bands around your ankles. Not tight just enough to put a bit of pressure.

Does anybody have the same luck with rubber glove as I do? I use them to wash dishes, I have 10 left hand yellow gloves. The right hand gloves always gets holes in them.

You can't buy just the right or left hand gloves. I emailed the company about this, and got no answer.

The gloves I buy are "ambidextrious". They fit either hand. They come in a bag of 10 and when the right hand one gets a hole, I just reach for another.

When do you do this? at night? all day? It would be good to know how this works, maybe it's similar to the diabetic socks? Any further information?

Sounds worth a shot. Someone told me if you put soap in your bed, it would help too. As stupid as that sounds, it did help.

Bad advice putting rubber bands on the legs. Reason, even if it's not tight it's a restriction to the blood flow. Poor blood flow poor heart health. Your also hurting your vital organs and brain cells as blood cares oxygen.

Some people with leg problems already suffer from blood circulation issues and just don't think about it that way. See your doctor. Don't gamble and do any damage you may regret.

DO NOT use rubber bands to help aching legs. My legs used to ache all the time. I have chronic veinous insufficiency in my legs which required surgery. This is poor circulation, Putting any restriction on your legs could cause major, irrepairable damage! Check with your doctor.
