I break out in a rash after using the hot tub and swimming. I have checked all the levels and they are good. Do you have advice.

Purchase a product called Baquaspa at your hot tub store. We had the same problem and it is solved.
Maybe you're allergic. You could try taking a benadryl before swimming to see if that prevents rash.
