Hello Donna, Well, from what I get from your post, your puppy sounds like he is lonely and wants attention. A puppy needs a lot of human interaction to function in a family environment. Do you pay much attention to him? i.e. walks everyday & playtime? Dogs need to form a bond with their family as they are pack animals and want to be involved. Good luck.
It's so simple. Let him/her inside with you or adopt another doggie to spend time and be with him/her outside. Dogs crave and absolutely need companionship and attention. I am sure your fur baby would prefer your attention but if that's not possible please make sure they have a buddy with them.
