According to this site below you can use Zote soap itself for bathing. I can't handle the scent of it myself but I am touchy that way.

I love this soap. It gets anything out that has stained your clothing or carpet. I also used it on my dog when her skin allergies were bothering her and I use it when I have a large amount of hairspray in my hair. My hair is squeaky clean when done. It does, however, take the coloring out of your hair if you do that.
I buy my Zotes at Wallmart.... A dollar a bar and it lasts forever.... It rinses out easily too...
