I've made this with frozen raspberry juice concentrate too and love it.
Place water in large pot and heat on high until boiling. Add sugar and stir until dissolved, add teabags and let steep until desired strength is acquired. Stir in cranberry juice concentrate and allow the tea to cool.

Ocean Spray has a cranberry-tea drink that looks so good but is rather costly. I came up with a cool way to have cranberry iced tea that's a lot cheaper. I buy the cheapest cranberry juice I can find, pour it into my ice cubed trays, and after it's frozen solid I fill up my cup with ice cubes and add tea over top. It's great! Perfect on a hot summer day.
