Sounds like a version of a cheesecake to me. Instead of needing sugar, just mix cream cheese and marshmallows. Fluff together and pour in the crust. Or you could layer it. Cream cheese and top with marshmallow.
Ingredients:
1 (8oz.) package Cream Cheese, softened
1 (7oz.) jar Marshmallow Creme
2 cups Raspberry, Orange or Lime Sherbet, softened
3 cups Cool Whip, thawed
Directions:
In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and marshmallow creme until smooth. Stir in sherbet. Fold in cool whip. Pour into crust. Freeze until firm.
Remove from freezer 5-10 minutes before serving. Pie may be frozen up to 3 months. Serve with some fresh or sweetened raspberries spooned over with a dollop of cool whip on top.
