Gelatin Cookie Balls

Ingredients

• 1 pkg. any flavored gelatin (reserve 1 Tbsp. for glaze)
• 1 cup powdered sugar
• 1 cup softened margarine
• 2 1/4 cups flour

• 1/4 tsp. salt
• 2 cups powdered sugar

Directions

Mix gelatin, sugar, and margarine. Stir in flour and salt; shape into 1 inch balls. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet 8-10 minutes at 350 degrees F.

For Glaze: Combine 1 tablespoon gelatin and 3 tablespoons hot water. Stir in 2 cups powdered sugar. Spoon on glaze while cookie is warm.
