Ingredients
- 1 cup raw regular rice
- 1 (10 oz) can onion soup undiluted
- 1 (10-14 oz) can chicken broth undiluted
- 1/4-1/2 cup chopped celery
- 2 tsp. soy sauce
- 6 Tbsp. oleo
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Mix all in 2 qt. casserole. Bake 1 hour, stirring once after 30 minutes.
