I want an honest review of the Ab Rocket. Does it hold up to daily use; are the connecting parts durable; is the unit comfortable to sit in and use? Any information offered would be greatly appreciated. I am a 60 year old woman in need of some "core" toning and need neck support while exercising. Thank you in advance for any thoughts.

Interested to hear if you DID in fact but the ab rocket and what were your results as I may be interested in purchasing as well.

I am thinking about purchasing an exercise machine called Ab Rocket. Has anyone used one of these and had any success? Or have you purchased another ab machine that you like? Thanks for any advice.

Rather than wasting money on a machine, why not make your body your machine? You'll receive much better and quicker results that way. Go to this link for proper ab exercising and there will be many other related video tutorials to the right side, too. You should watch a few of them for safety tips and tricks.

You can safely exercise stomach muscles every single day. They don't need 'a rest period' like other body muscles.
Also, make it a habit to hold your stomach in and sit up straight. ;-) (09/11/2008)
