When I make cupcakes from a cake mix, I always save the bag. I rinse the bag out, dry it, clip a corner and insert a decorating tip inside. It makes a perfect disposable frosting bag and these bags are super strong.

Great idea. Wish I were this handy!
I love this idea. I absolutely hate washing out those professional cake decorating bags, and buying the disposable ones can get expensive. I've been saving all my plastic cake bags (and cereal/cracker bags too), and now I know what else to do with them.
This is one of the smartest ideas. I have never thought of that myself. I decorate a lot of cakes at home for occasions. Wow! Smart!
You are one clever lady! I've learned so much from reading such great tips! Thanks!
I am in food service and this is you are a very smart person! I think I love you!

This is brilliant! I've been saving mine to put chops or chicken or frugal pieces of beef in to pound them thin. But this...wow, I never would have thought of it. Genius!
