Can anything be done for couch cushions that are old and no longer have support when I lie on couch. They are foam inside. I feel like I am almost on the floor. Thank you.

You can buy new foam cushions. Some fabric stores and hardware stores have all different thicknesses of foam and will cut it to size.
There are three answers I can think of. The one suggested earlier by redhatterb. The second would be there are support pads you can buy specifically for furniture with cushion issues. These are kind of a novelty item like other "As Seen On TV" items are.
The third and probably cheapest solution is to get a piece of plywood, cut it to fit under the areas the cushions cover and put it under the cushions. This is the same type of thing you can do to a bed that is no longer supportive.
You could also purchase pillows to put under the cushions to give them support. Be creative, use blankets you have stored for winter. Fold them up and place them under the cushions or fold them to lay across the couch under the cushions. Same with Winter clothes, wrap them in a towel or an old sheet so they don't individually fall out.
It is not likely the foam cushions that are at fault, but the springs and wooden supports that make up the couch. Springs can become unhooked and wooden pieces can break.
