Frozen Lime and Butter Mint Salad

Ingredients:

• 2 tall cans crushed pineapple
• 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime gelatin
• 1 (10 oz.) pkg. mini marshmallows
• 1 pkg. butter mints candies, crushed

• 1 pkg. Dream Whip or 1 pint whipping cream

Directions:

Put pineapple and juice in large mixing bowl. Sprinkle dry gelatin over mixture and stir. Fold in the marshmallows. Whip the cream or make up the Dream Whip. Add the crushed soft butter mints and whipped cream to the pineapple mixture. Mix and freeze in a 9x13 inch pan. Serves 12.
