This is "Doodlebug." In this photo, she looks to be doing sentry duty, walking on the window sill (just inside the vertical blinds). Doodle (as we call her) is my mother's cat, though Mom shares her with everyone who wants to love her.
Doodle and her littermates were found (without their mother) outside a vet clinic in Nashville, TN when they were just days old. The litter was hand raised by the clinic techs.
Though Doodle was the runt, we believe she has grown to be a gorgeous girl with the most beautiful, silky, symmetrical coat and crystal-blue eyes. Most people say she appears to be a Siamese, but she neither acts like one, nor does she have the typical, eerie Siamese cry. We love her daily antics, and we don't know what we'll ever do without the little monkey.

We used to have an old style Siamese cat that looked a lot like Doodlebug. He was the friendliest cat I've ever met and beautiful to boot. He didn't have the eerie cry, but he sure talked a lot, especially if he thought his food bowl was too close to empty.
Doodlebug is ravishingly beautiul!
