A charcoal briquette can always help, if you have room inside the computer, don't know. Vinegar always help, but you should not put it inside a computer.

Unplug the power cord to the tower before doing this. For computer towers at my work that stink, we just put them in an unused area with the side panel of the tower off to let them air out just so we don't have to sit there all day smelling it. Just make sure animals can't get in it during that time. Some quick sprays of canned air on the inside may also dislodge some of the dust inside that maybe causing the smell too.
