Simply cut off the top of the strawberries, dip the strawberry in sour cream, roll it in the brown sugar, and enjoy! Source: My mom used to make these for us as a quick and yummy dessert.

We used to do this, as well, at the height of the strawberry season. Nothing like sitting on the patio after a summer cook-out, and enjoying this treat!
A sprinkle of cinnamon add a great pop, too! YUM!
Yum! This is called Strawberries Romanoff. I had it at Campbell's restaraunt in Chelan, WA many, many years ago. It was elegant and delicious, and I have tried to make it every year during strawberry season.
