These are some of the 30 babies we had this summer, mostly girls and all bursting with new bounding energy.

All baby animals are precious, but I don't think any baby animal is as rambunctious as a baby goat.
They are just adorable and want to do nothing but eat, sleep and play.
My husband was transferred to North Carolina back in 1979. We lived on 18 acres and not far down the little country road, a lady lived who raised goats. I'd take our son who was just 7 years old down to "play" with the little baby goats. They were the only thing I'd ever found that had more energy than Mike did. Those goats probably saved me from being worn completely out by the time we left NC and moved to where he had a bunch of other children to play with.
The baby goats have the most beautiful eyes and were so gentle. At least, the mothers and babies were. I think the Billy goats were a little more than I could have handled. LOL
Thanks for sharing the photo. Sure brought back some sweet memories.

Rambunctious! Oh, what a gorgeous, expressive word!
Thanks, Pookarina!
A lovely photo, Karen.
Marg from England.
They are so entertaining. I live across the street from a man that raises goats. Make me laugh a lot.
