Combine the tuna, peas, carrots, mushroom pieces, soup and milk and mix well. Beat the onion into the mashed potatoes. Arrange half of the potato mixture in a greased 2 qt. casserole and top with the tuna mixture. Spoon the rest of the potatoes around the edge of the casserole, and bake in a 350 degree F oven for about 45 minutes.

This looks as if it is delicious. Tuna is a great budget stretcher. I love the Albacore Tuna that we can buy at Costco in the blue can. It is the very best tasting tuna around.
