When you want to make a nice appetizer, present it in a martini or margarita glass. I made southern spicy shrimp over grits.

Great idea! I noticed that Southern Living had some recipes they served in shot glasses (shrimp cocktail and banana pudding, among others). They looked so good! Would you share your shrimp and grits recipe, please? I think even *I would like that (not a grits fan LOL).
