I don't know if the stain can be removed. I had that happen to a dress of mine way back when I was in high school, and the dry cleaners said there wasn't anything they could do. I would take it to a dry cleaner and see what they say.

You can try sponging the area with a weak solution of water + vinegar. That will remove sheer sweat stains & also be kind to the beading.
