Stuffing:
Honey-Pineapple Basting Sauce:
With a sharp knife, cut pocket 4-5 inches along the side of the ham (large enough for a hand). Run knife inside through center and around inside almost to edges. Mix stuffing ingredients together. Push stuffing evenly around inside of pocket using a spoon or rubber spatula. Combine the sauce ingredients in a blender or mix thoroughly by hand. Place stuffed ham on grill and baste with sauce. Cook 30-35 minutes. Baste frequently during grilling.
