One day I wanted to try something different and this is what I came up with.
Frosting:
Mix everything in a bowl. Beat with electric mixer for about 2 minutes. Pour in greased 10 inch tube pan or bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes.
For the frosting, mix defrosted cool-whip shredded coconut together. Frost the cake. Keep it in the fridge until ready to serve.
You can also use a can of white frosting and blend the coconut into that.
